Abstract

Ketidakseimbangan antara stok dan penjualan pada PT Serba Mulia Auto Grogot menyebabkan perusahaan masih bergantung pada aktivitas mutasi unit untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan. Kondisi tersebut menimbulkan tambahan biaya operasional karena setiap aktivitas mutasi membutuhkan biaya distribusi sebesar Rp 1.200.000 (per 4 unit). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi pengadaan dan penjualan unit sepeda motor, menentukan parameter pengadaan menggunakan EOQ, ROP, dan Safety Stock, serta mengevaluasi skenario kebijakan pengadaan terhadap jumlah mutasi dan biaya yang terjadi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Discrete Event Simulation dengan Software ARENA Simulation. Model simulasi dibangun berdasarkan kondisi aktual perusahaan, kemudian divalidasi menggunakan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Hasil dari simulasi kondisi eksisting menunjukkan frekuensi mutasi 150 kali dengan biaya mutasi sebesar Rp 179.400.000 selama 11 bulan. Untuk mengatasi kondisi tersebut, dilakukan pengujian skenario Joint EOQ dan hybrid Joint EOQ–ROP. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa skenario hybrid memberikan performansi terbaik dengan menurunkan frekuensi mutasi sebesar 65,33% atau turun menjadi 52 kali dan menurunkun biaya mutasi sebesar 65,33% atau turun menjadi Rp 62.4000.000.
