Abstract
Proses pencantingan pada UMKM Batik XYZ menuntut ketelitian visual tinggi sehingga sangat bergantung pada kualitas pencahayaan kerja. Hasil pengukuran awal menunjukkan intensitas pencahayaan masih berada di bawah NAB 300 lux sesuai Permenaker Nomor 5 Tahun 2018 dan SNI 16-7062:2019, dengan rata-rata 43,5 lux pada pagi hari, 74,0 lux pada siang hari, 36,0 lux pada sore hari, dan 25,6 lux pada kondisi sore mendung gelap. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang, memrogram, dan merakit LuxSense Control System, menganalisis perbandingan hasil pengukuran lux meter dengan sensor BH1750 sebelum dan sesudah implementasi, serta mengevaluasi kinerja sistem dalam menjaga intensitas pencahayaan sesuai NAB guna mengurangi potensi kelelahan mata pekerja. Sistem dirancang menggunakan sensor BH1750, sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04, dan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno untuk mengatur pencahayaan secara adaptif berdasarkan intensitas cahaya dan keberadaan pekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prototipe mampu mempertahankan pencahayaan pada rentang rata - rata 301,86–327,65 lux dengan akurasi 99,73%–99,95%. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, LuxSense Control System mampu memenuhi standar pencahayaan kerja, meningkatkan kenyamanan visual, membantu mengurangi potensi kelelahan mata, serta berpotensi diterapkan dan dikembangkan sebagai solusi otomasi pencahayaan pada sektor UMKM.
