Abstract

Mahasiswa Program Studi Sistem Informasi Institut Teknologi Kalimantan sering mengalami kendala dalam deployment proyek berbasis web akibat keterbatasan fasilitas hosting internal dan tingginya biaya Virtual Private Server (VPS). Penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan infrastruktur server multi- tenant berbasis Set Top Box (STB) Fiberhome HG680P menggunakan Armbian, aaPanel, arsitektur LNMP, ZRAM, swap file, dan Cloudflare Zero Trust Tunnel dengan metode pengembangan Waterfall. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan server STB mampu menjalankan 18 proyek web berbasis Laravel secara stabil dalam skema multi-tenant dan seluruh 36 skenario ApacheBench diselesaikan tanpa satu pun failed request. Optimasi memori melalui ZRAM dan swap meningkatkan kapasitas virtual memory dari 1,8 GiB menjadi 15 GiB. Dari sisi ekonomi, break-even point dicapai dalam 2,62 bulan dengan efisiensi biaya sebesar 72,22% pada tahun pertama dibandingkan VPS komersial.
