Abstract
PT X menghasilkan limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun (B3) dari kegiatan operasional, meliputi minyak pelumas bekas, thinner atau solvent bekas, limbah cat, limbah aerosol, limbah padat terkontaminasi, kemasan bekas B3, limbah logam terkontaminasi B3, dan sludge atau lumpur limbah. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa TPS Limbah B3 eksisting seluas 18,45 m² belum memenuhi beberapa aspek teknis, terutama kapasitas penyimpanan, pemisahan limbah berdasarkan karakteristik, ventilasi, lebar gang, jarak tumpukan, bak penampung, pencahayaan, APAR, smoke detector, simbol, dan label limbah B3. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang ulang TPS limbah B3 menggunakan Response Surface Methodology (RSM) dengan Design Expert dan memvisualisasikan hasil rancangan menggunakan AutoCAD 2D. Variabel optimasi meliputi luas TPS, kapasitas penyimpanan, ventilasi, lebar gang, dan jarak tumpukan, sedangkan response yang dianalisis adalah rasio kapasitas limbah beracun dan limbah mudah menyala. Hasil Fit Summary menunjukkan bahwa model 2FI (two-factor interaction) dipilih karena mampu menggambarkan pengaruh faktor utama dan interaksi antar faktor terhadap response. Hasil ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa luas TPS, kapasitas penyimpanan, lebar gang, serta interaksi antar faktor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap response, sedangkan ventilasi dan jarak tumpukan tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik terhadap rasio kapasitas. Hasil optimasi menghasilkan luas TPS 56 m², kapasitas 8 palet, ventilasi 11,31%, lebar gang 0,80 m, dan jarak tumpukan 1,13 m, dengan desirability 1 dan response 100%. Hasil confirmation menunjukkan predicted mean 100 dengan 95% prediction interval 93,2349–106,765. Rancangan AutoCAD 2D menghasilkan TPS berukuran 8 m × 7 m × 2,18 m yang dilengkapi blok limbah beracun dan mudah menyala, 8 ventilasi, bak penampung 250 liter, 1 APAR, 1 smoke detector, 5 titik lampu LED 20 watt.
