Abstract
Ketidakseimbangan rotor pada Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) dapat menyebabkan peningkatan getaran, kebisingan, penurunan efisiensi, serta mempercepat kerusakan komponen mekanis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan ekstraksi fitur Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC), menganalisis performa model Hybrid CNN-LSTM, serta membandingkan performanya dengan model CNN dan LSTM dalam memprediksi massa ketidakseimbangan rotor PMSM berbasis sinyal akustik. Data diperoleh dari perekaman suara motor PMSM SD130AEA15025-SH3 menggunakan mikrofon Behringer ECM8000 pada variasi massa 0, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, dan 13 gram, serta variasi kecepatan 500 hingga 2.500 RPM. Total dataset yang digunakan berjumlah 231 file audio dengan durasi 5 detik untuk setiap file. Sinyal akustik kemudian diproses melalui segmentasi 1 detik dengan overlap 75% dan diekstraksi menggunakan 33 koefisien MFCC. Pengujian dilakukan dalam dua skenario, yaitu External Validation RPM berbeda dan External Validation label massa berbeda. Hasil Pengujian 1 menunjukkan bahwa model Hybrid CNN-LSTM memperoleh MAPE External Validation sebesar 2,85%, lebih rendah dibandingkan CNN sebesar 16,04% dan LSTM sebesar 8,40%. Pada Pengujian 2, model Hybrid CNN-LSTM memperoleh MAPE External Validation sebesar 8,89%, lebih rendah dibandingkan CNN sebesar 11,76% dan LSTM sebesar 9,35%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, model Hybrid CNN-LSTM mampu memenuhi target MAPE di bawah 10% pada kedua skenario pengujian dan menjadi model terbaik dalam prediksi massa ketidakseimbangan rotor PMSM berbasis sinyal akustik.
