Abstract

Laboratorium Teknik Sipil Institut Teknologi Kalimantan (ITK) merupakan fasilitas penting dalam mendukung kegiatan akademik, penelitian, dan pengujian material konstruksi. Namun, laboratorium ini masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti belum optimalnya sistem manajemen mutu, keterbatasan sumber daya, fasilitas, dan dokumentasi yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan persyaratan International Organization for Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission (ISO/IEC) 17025:2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi eksisting Laboratorium Teknik Sipil ITK berdasarkan persyaratan ISO/IEC 17025:2017 serta menyusun rekomendasi perbaikan yang diperlukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara, studi literatur, serta gap analysis terhadap klausul ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laboratorium telah memiliki beberapa aspek pendukung, seperti struktur organisasi, dokumen Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), dan sebagian peralatan yang telah dikalibrasi. Namun, masih ditemukan ketidaksesuaian pada aspek dokumentasi sistem manajemen, audit internal, pengendalian data, kompetensi personel, fasilitas laboratorium, serta penerapan K3. Rekomendasi perbaikan meliputi penyempurnaan dokumen mutu, penguatan sistem manajemen laboratorium, optimalisasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Informasi Laboratorium Terpadu (SIMLAB), peningkatan fasilitas, serta pengembangan kompetensi personel melalui pelatihan dan sertifikasi. Implementasi rekomendasi tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu layanan dan mendukung kesiapan penerapan sertifikasi ISO/IEC 17025:2017 secara berkelanjutan.
