Abstract

Kegagalan struktur dinding penahan tanah (DPT) eksisting tipe pasangan batu pada area parkir PLN UIP Kaltim ditandai dengan adanya pergeseran lateral (sliding) yang mengakibatkan kerusakan di sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan dan membandingkan dua alternatif perkuatan yang berbeda, yaitu perkuatan menggunakan tipe bronjong (Gabion) dan geotekstil, untuk memperoleh desain yang memenuhi persyaratan keamanan serta memiliki biaya konstruksi yang efisien. Metode analisis dilakukan melalui perhitungan manual dan software Geo5 berdasarkan SNI 8460:2017 meliputi stabilitas eksternal (Geser, Guling dan Daya dukung) pada kedua alternatif tersebut, serta stabilitas internal (Kuat tarik dan Panjang penjangkaran) untuk alternatif geotekstil. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kedua alternatif memenuhi syarat minimum. Didapatkan hasil perhitungan manual dan software untuk dinding penahan tanah Bronjong menghasilkan nilai faktor keamanan (FK) guling = 3,03 dan 3,45, FK geser = 1,67 dan 1,77 dan daya dukung tanah = 8,64 dan 8,63 dengan Rancangan Anggaran Biaya (RAB) Rp674,583,468. Sementara itu, untuk perkuatan Geotekstil menghasilkan nilai FK guling = 4,17 dan 4,36, FK geser = 2,10 dan 2,01 dan daya dukung tanah = 4,32 dan 5,73 dengan RAB didapatkan sebesar Rp548,311,214. Berdasarkan aspek keamanan dan ekonomi, perkuatan geotekstil dipilih sebagai alternatif yang lebih efektif dan ekonomis untuk penanganan longsor pada area parkir PT. PLN UIP Kalimantan Timur.
