Abstract

Studi ini membahas tentang Desa Bukit Raya di Kecamatan Samboja memiliki potensi besar untuk pengembangan agrowisata berbasis lumbung padi karena memiliki luas lahan pertanian aktif sebesar 162 hektar yang berperan sebagai kawasan penyangga ketahanan pangan di wilayah tersebut. Meskipun demikian, potensi ini belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal akibat keterbatasan infrastruktur penunjang, seperti aksesibilitas jalan menuju lahan pertanian, sistem irigasi, pengelolaan fasilitas lumbung padi, serta belum tersedianya infrastruktur wisata pendukung dan kelembagaan yang mengelola kawasan agrowisata. Kondisi tersebut juga berdampak pada penurunan jumlah kunjungan wisata sejak tahun 2023 hingga 2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan kembali agrowisata serta merumuskan arahan pengembangan kembali kawasan agrowisata Lumbung Padi di Desa Bukit Raya. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Wawancara stakeholder digunakan untuk menganalisis kondisi dan ketersediaan komponen 4A (atraksi, aksesibilitas, amenitas dan kelembagaan), sedangkan analisis triangulasi digunakan untuk memvalidasi hasil analisis dan merumuskan arahan pengembangan kembali berdasarkan kondisi eksisting, potensi lokal, dan regulasi terkait. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menghasilkan arahan pengembangan kembali yang mendukung keberlanjutan kawasan agrowisata serta meningkatkan daya tarik wisata dan perekonomian lokal.
