Abstract
Sistem pompa air tenaga surya langsung (direct-coupled PV-pump) menawarkan solusi efisien untuk mekanisasi pertanian di daerah terpencil karena mengeliminasi penggunaan baterai yang berbiaya tinggi dan bermasa pakai pendek. Namun, ketiadaan baterai menyebabkan sistem sangat rentan terhadap fluktuasi iradiasi matahari dan lonjakan arus mula (inrush current) saat motor pompa mulai berputar menembus inersia mekanisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan menganalisis performa Synchronous Buck Converter satu fasa berbasis kendali Fuzzy Logic Control (FLC) untuk menurunkan dan menstabilkan tegangan keluaran panel surya menuju setpoint 48 VDC secara optimal. Metodologi penelitian meliputi pemodelan dan simulasi sirkuit menggunakan MATLAB/Simulink dan Proteus, dilanjutkan dengan fabrikasi perangkat keras berbasis mikrokontroler ESP32, serta pengujian aktual di lapangan PLTS Samboja. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma soft-starting yang terintegrasi pada FLC berhasil meredam arus mula transien motor secara efektif. Pada kondisi operasional mantap (steady-state) dengan iradiasi tinggi (521 W/????^2 dan 812 W/????^2), sistem kendali FLC mampu mengunci tegangan keluaran masing-masing secara presisi pada angka 47.4 V dan 47.9 V, sangat mendekati target nominal 48 VDC. Analisi komparasi menunjukkan adanya deviasi efisiensi konversi daya rata-rata sebesar 13.64% antara pemodelan Simulink (98.6 %) dan pengujian perangkat keras aktual (84.96 %), yang diakibatkan oleh rugi-rugi daya parasitik nyata (switching, conduction, dan core losses) pada komponen fisik perangkat keras. Evaluasi teknis mencatat adanya kerentanan sirkuit gate driver IR2110 berbasis bootstrap pada kondisi iradiasi sangat rendah, yang memicu kerusakan termal pada MOSFET sisi atas. Secara keseluruhan, sistem Synchronous Buck Converter berbasis FLC ini terbukti memiliki keandalan dan efisiensi yang tinggi dalam meregulasi transfer daya fotovoltaik langsung menuju beban motor pertanian dinamis.
