Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) telah mendorong pengembangan sistem pemantauan dan pengendalian baterai yang dapat diakses secara real-time melalui perangkat bergerak. Namun, proses pemantauan kondisi baterai pada umumnya masih dilakukan secara lokal sehingga pengguna mengalami keterbatasan dalam memperoleh informasi kondisi baterai, mengendalikan beban serta melakukan tindakan proteksi ketika kapasitas baterai menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi mobile Battery Management System (BMS) berbasis IoT yang mampu melakukan pemantauan kondisi baterai secara real-time, menampilkan parameter tegangan, arus, suhu, dan State of Charge (SoC), mengendalikan beban, mengaktifkan fitur cut-off otomatis untuk mencegah overdischarge serta memberikan notifikasi kepada pengguna. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terhubung dengan sensor tegangan DC, sensor arus ACS712, sensor suhu LM35, Firebase Realtime Database dan aplikasi mobile yang dibangun menggunakan MIT App Inventor. Estimasi nilai SoC dilakukan menggunakan metode Coulomb Counting sebagai dasar pemantauan kapasitas baterai dan aktivasi fitur proteksi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sensor tegangan memiliki rata-rata persentase kesalahan sebesar 0,68%, sensor arus sebesar 0,98% dan sensor suhu sebesar 1,01%, sehingga mampu menghasilkan data pengukuran yang akurat. Aplikasi berhasil menampilkan kondisi baterai secara real-time, mengendalikan beban sesuai perintah pengguna, mengaktifkan fitur cutoff secara otomatis ketika nilai SoC berada di bawah batas yang telah ditentukan serta mengirimkan notifikasi dengan rata-rata waktu penerimaan sekitar 1 menit. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi Battery Management System berbasis IoT yang dikembangkan mampu mengintegrasikan fungsi monitoring, pengendalian, proteksi dan penyampaian informasi dalam satu platform sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemudahan, keamanan dan efisiensi pengelolaan baterai.
