Abstract

Motor BLDC memiliki keterbatasan pada kecepatan tinggi akibat back-EMF yang mendekati tegangan suplai, sehingga diperlukan flux weakening untuk memperluas rentang kecepatan. Selain itu, jumlah pole pairs memengaruhi karakteristik torsi dan kecepatan motor. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh variasi flux weakening (1000, 2000, 3000) dan pole pairs (4, 6, 8) terhadap performa motor BLDC QS 3 kW dengan kontroler Votol EM-150 pada mobil Enggang EVO 5, serta menentukan kombinasi parameter optimal. Metode eksperimen melalui pengujian dynotest dengan rancangan Taguchi Orthogonal Array L9 dan tiga kali replikasi. Parameter yang diukur meliputi RPM, torsi, dan HP. Analisis data menggunakan Two-Way ANOVA dan metode Taguchi karakteristik Larger is Better. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pole pairs dari 4 ke 8 menurunkan RPM namun meningkatkan torsi dan daya. Peningkatan flux weakening meningkatkan RPM namun menurunkan torsi dan daya akibat penurunan fluks efektif, yang dikonfirmasi melalui penurunan konstanta K=k_e⋅Φ. Kombinasi parameter optimal adalah Pole pairs = 8 dan Flux weakening = 1000, menghasilkan torsi rata-rata 24,56 Nm, daya aktual 3,43 HP, serta nilai SNR tertinggi untuk torsi (27,8057 dB) dan daya (10,7143 dB). Eksperimen konfirmasi membuktikan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara hasil prediksi dan aktual (P-Value > 0,05).
