Abstract

Program Studi Sistem Informasi Institut Teknologi Kalimantan telah mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Tugas Akhir (SITASI) berbasis web untuk mendukung pengelolaan administrasi Tugas Akhir secara terintegrasi bagi Koordinator Program Studi, Tenaga Kependidikan, Dosen, dan Mahasiswa. Meskipun telah digunakan pada tahap produksi, SITASI belum pernah diuji kualitasnya secara menyeluruh dan belum didukung penerapan Quality Assurance, seperti lemahnya validasi input, sistem yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan Panduan Tugas Akhir ITK 2025, serta sistem yang kurang responsif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kesesuaian fungsi dan kualitas penggunaan SITASI, serta menyusun rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan hasil pengujian. Penelitian ini terdiri atas dua jenis pengujian, pengujian fungsional dilakukan menggunakan black box testing dengan lima teknik, yaitu Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis, Decision Table Testing, State Transition Testing, dan Error Guessing. Pengujian non-fungsional dilakukan menggunakan performance testing dengan tool Google Lighthouse untuk mengukur empat matriks, yaitu Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, dan SEO. Hasil pengujian fungsional sebanyak 1.486 test case, 1.323 test case passed dan 163 test case failed, dengan nilai efektivitas keseluruhan sistem sebesar 88,76% (sangat efektif), sedangkan hasil pengujian non-fungsional menunjukkan nilai Accessibility, Best Practices, dan SEO pada kategori sangat baik, namun nilai Performance masih berada pada kategori cukup. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa SITASI ITK telah berjalan baik, tetapi masih memerlukan perbaikan.
