Abstract

BACITRA (Balikpapan City Trans) merupakan layanan transportasi publik di Kota Balikpapan yang beroperasi dengan 3 koridor dan 17 armada untuk melayani 124 titik halte. Belum terdapat evaluasi sistematis berbasis model matematis terhadap rute dan penjadwalan operasional bus BACITRA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memformulasikan dan menyelesaikan model Multi Depot Vehicle Routing Problem Integer Linear Programming (MDVRP-ILP) guna mengevaluasi efisiensi rute operasional BACITRA. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dari Dinas Perhubungan Kota Balikpapan, meliputi jadwal operasional, matriks jarak 124 node, dan data permintaan penumpang pada 3 koridor. Model MILP disusun dengan fungsi objektif meminimalkan total jarak tempuh dan diselesaikan menggunakan Python. Hasil optimasi menunjukkan tidak adanya pengurangan jarak serta perubahan rute. Dengan demikian, penerapan MDVRP-MILP terbukti efektif sebagai alat evaluasi dan perencanaan operasional transportasi publik berbasis multi-depot di Kota Balikpapan.
