Abstract

Peningkatan konsumsi Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) di Indonesia yang mencapai 84,66 juta kiloliter pada tahun 2024 menuntut sistem distribusi yang efisien dan terencana, namun PT Patra Logistik Region Kalimantan menghadapi tantangan dalam meramalkan volume angkutan BBM bulanan akibat karakteristik geografis dan pola permintaan yang kompleks. Hingga saat ini, belum terdapat penelitian yang secara spesifik menerapkan pendekatan SARIMA ensembel untuk meramalkan volume angkutan BBM di wilayah Kalimantan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan membandingkan model peramalan volume angkutan BBM bulanan menggunakan metode SARIMA tunggal dan pendekatan ensemble forecasting, menggunakan data periode Januari 2020–Desember 2025 (72 observasi) yang dibagi menjadi data training (60 observasi) dan testing (12 observasi). Metodologi Box-Jenkins diterapkan untuk identifikasi dan estimasi model, dilanjutkan uji diagnostik residual (Ljung-Box dan Kolmogorov-Smirnov). Dari sepuluh model kandidat, lima model lolos seluruh uji diagnostik dan dijadikan dasar pembentukan ensembel menggunakan tiga metode dengan pembobotan berbeda, yaitu simple averaging (bobot sama), median (tahan terhadap nilai ekstrem), dan Bates-Granger (bobot berdasarkan akurasi historis model), untuk menentukan skema penggabungan terbaik. Evaluasi menggunakan MAE, RMSE, dan MAPE pada data testing menunjukkan model SARIMA([4],1,1)(0,1,1)¹² merupakan model terbaik secara keseluruhan dengan MAPE 7,8849%, MAE 4.195,254 KL, dan RMSE 4.838,294 KL, mengungguli seluruh pendekatan ensembel pada hampir semua horizon peramalan kecuali horizon ke-2. Di antara metode ensembel, Bates-Granger (1,2) memberikan performa terbaik dengan MAPE 8,7890%. Hasil peramalan Januari–Desember 2026 menggunakan model terbaik menunjukkan pola musiman dengan tren peningkatan volume pada pertengahan hingga akhir tahun, sejalan dengan karakteristik historis data, yang diharapkan dapat mendukung perencanaan distribusi dan pengambilan keputusan operasional PT Patra Logistik Region Kalimantan.
