Abstract

Motor BLDC merupakan salah satu jenis motor listrik yang banyak digunakan karena memiliki efisiensi yang tinggi. Salah satu penggunannya adalah pada sistem pengering pakaian. Permasalahannya terdapat pada karakteristik motor BLDC yang nonlinier, sehingga diperlukannya model matematis motor BLDC. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh model motor BLDC menggunakan transfer function, menganalisis performa model-model transfer function yang telah diperoleh berdasarkan nilai Best Fit, RMSE, dan MAPE, menganalisis respon transient dan respon steady state dari model transfer function yang telah dihasilkan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan pengambilan data respon kecepatan motor BLDC (RPM) terhadap variasi sinyal PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) dengan waktu sampling 0,1 detik. Kemudian data hasil pengukuran berupa input PWM dan output RPM diproses menggunakan toolbox System Identification untuk membangun model transfer function. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan sepuluh model transfer function berupa tf1 sampai tf10. Dari keseluruhan model transfer function yang diperoleh, model tf8 adalah model dengan performa terbaik dikarenakan memiliki nilai rata-rata Best Fit 79,923%, nilai rata-rata RMSE 0,029, dan nilai rata-rata MAPE 6,289%, dan berdasarkan analisis ketika diberikan input step (1), model orde 1 tf4 memiliki rise time dan settling time yang lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan model orde 2 tf8, sehingga orde 1 tf4 memberikan respon transien yang lebih cepat. Namun orde 2 tf8 memiliki steady state gain yang lebih besar . Sehingga model tf8 paling mampu merepresentasikan karakteristik dinamis motor BLDC dengan tingkat akurasi paling tinggi dibanding model yang lainnya.
