Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis durasi pemasangan block kamar mesin kapal tugboat yang terintegrasi dengan sistem perpipaan Bilge dan Ballast dan Pemadam Kebakaran serta Pelumasan menggunakan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) berbasis pendekatan Integrated Hull Construction, Outfitting and Painting (IHOP). Latar belakang masalah meliputi keterlambatan proyek galangan kapal akibat faktor seperti keterbatasan tenaga kerja, keterlambatan material, dan kurangnya koordinasi, yang diatasi melalui perencanaan waktu efisien untuk membandingkan metode konvensional dan terintegrasi. Metode penelitian mencakup studi literatur, pengumpulan data dari dokumen teknik seperti piping layout, Generral Arrangement, Frame section, dan Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), wawancara dengan tim galangan, serta analisis CPM pada Microsoft Project guna menunjang kebutuhan pada penelitian ini serta untuk mengidentifikasi jalur kritis dengan permodelan 3D kamar mesin mulai dari kamar mesin dengan perpipaan bilge and ballast. Hasil menunjukkan durasi awal 92,5 hari setelah menggunakan metode IHOP (Integrated Hull Outfitting and Painting) dan analisis Critical Path Method maka hasil durasi yang bisa mengurangi hari yaitu 65 hari sebesar 27,5 hari 29,73% dengan jalur kritis yaitu Fabrikasi Double Bottom, Fabrikasi Portside Shell, Fabrikasi Starboard Shell, Assembly Double Bottom dan Side Shell, Instalasi Engine Girder, Instalasi Main Engine, Instalasi Generator Set, Inspection. Aktivitas tersebut memiliki float 0 hari yang dimana tidak memiliki kelonggaran hari
