Abstract
Sistem informasi berperan krusial dalam mendukung efisiensi operasional organisasi di era digital, di mana kepuasan pengguna menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan implementasinya. Meskipun sistem Workforce Management (WFM) telah diterapkan di Unit Regional Solution and Operation Telkom Regional 4 Kalimantan, tingkat kepuasan penggunanya belum dikaji secara empiris. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh konstruk Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2), yaitu performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, dan habit terhadap behavioral intention dan use behavior karyawan sebagai representasi kepuasan pengguna sistem WFM. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei kepada 77 karyawan aktif melalui purposive sampling, dan data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan seluruh konstruk UTAUT 2 berada pada kategori Puas hingga Sangat Puas. Pengujian hipotesis mengungkapkan bahwa performance expectancy, effort expectancy, dan habit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention, dengan habit sebagai prediktor paling dominan yaitu facilitating conditions berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap use behavior; serta behavioral intention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap use behavior, sedangkan social influence dan facilitating conditions tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan PT Telkom Indonesia untuk memperkuat kebiasaan penggunaan sistem melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, meningkatkan kemudahan antarmuka WFM, serta memastikan ketersediaan infrastruktur teknis yang andal guna meningkatkan efektivitas operasional karyawan. digital.
