Abstract

Sektor Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) umumnya masih menerapkan proses produksi sederhana yang berisiko terhadap kesehatan pekerja dan keselamatan pekerja. Industri tempe merupakan salah satu contohnya, karena proses perebusan dan fermentasi yang berlangsung terus-menerus memicu paparan tekanan panas bagi pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan kondisi tekanan panas di lingkungan kerja, mengukur tingkat kelelahan subjektif pekerja, serta menganalisis pengaruh tekanan panas, usia, dan jenis kelamin terhadap kelelahan tersebut di Pabrik Tempe X. Menggunakan desain cross sectional, penelitian melibatkan 32 pekerja sebagai responden. Tekanan panas diukur dengan metode WBGT mengacu pada SNI 16-7061- 2019, sedangkan kelelahan subjektif dinilai melalui IFRC. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan seluruh area kerja memiliki nilai WBGT melebihi NAB 28°C, dengan nilai tertinggi di area perebusan mencapai 32,55°C. Sebanyak 50% pekerja mengalami kelelahan subjektif kategori sedang dan 37,5% kategori tinggi. Tekanan panas dan usia terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kelelahan subjektif, sementara jenis kelamin tidak menunjukkan pengaruh bermakna. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kelelahan subjektif dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 32,6%.
