Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pengantaran kendaraan yang belum memiliki sistem pengukuran kinerja perusahaan dan karyawan secara terstruktur. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan perusahaan mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja dan menentukan strategi perbaikan yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan Key Performance Indicator (KPI), menentukan baseline dan target kinerja perusahaan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard, mengukur kinerja karyawan menggunakan metode Individual Work Performance (IWP), serta merancang sistem reward and punishment. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan pihak manajemen, serta penilaian kinerja karyawan oleh supervisor. Metode Balanced Scorecard digunakan untuk menyusun sasaran strategis dan KPI berdasarkan perspektif finansial, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan 20 KPI yang terdiri dari 4 KPI perspektif finansial, 5 KPI perspektif pelanggan, 5 KPI perspektif proses bisnis internal, dan 6 KPI perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Hasil pengukuran Individual Work Performance menunjukkan bahwa P3 memperoleh nilai kinerja tertinggi sebesar 0,85, sedangkan P2 memperoleh nilai terendah sebesar 0,51. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dirancang sistem reward and punishment yang membedakan perlakuan karyawan berdasarkan kategori kinerja yang diperoleh. Sistem yang dirancang diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja secara objektif, meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan, serta mendukung pencapaian tujuan perusahaan secara berkelanjutan.
