Abstract

Website Company Profile Dinas adalah platform online untuk instansi pemerintah menampilkan informasi mengenai visi, misi, dan struktur organisasi. Namun, website Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kota Balikpapan memiliki beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan. Beberapa fitur tidak berfungsi dengan baik, seperti daftar pegawai dan fitur aset yang tidak dapat dibuka. Ada juga masalah dengan tampilan error pada fitur standar pelayanan, serta online catalog yang membingungkan karena kurangnya penjelasan. Analisis menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) menunjukkan bahwa kualitas website ini masih belum memenuhi harapan pengguna. Rekomendasi perbaikan dapat ditemukan di bab 4 pada bagian rekomendasi, yang memberikan detail per variabel yang perlu diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan.
